While we don’t fish for Ling cod, we have a trusted source who does. This whitefish is firm and flakey with a slightly nutty flavor. Similar to rockfish but with more healthy fats. Definitely a more firm texture, so it an be cooked in a variety of ways and hold up well. If you know ling cod, you know it’s amazing! Every piece of high quality fish is filleted, vacuum sealed and flash frozen for optimal taste! Minimum order is 5 lbs and each package is about 8oz. 
Caught October 2024 with a 1.5 year shelf life vacuum sealed in the freezer.
