How it works
Once we have a group of prepaid orders, our family of 9 (or our trusted friends) goes out and fishes specifically for that order, hand selecting each fish chosen for our clients.
After the fish are caught, they are taken to a private, licensed cannery to be filleted into 1- 1.5 lb portions, vacuum sealed, and flash frozen at -20 F.
The fish fillets are then air cargo shipped down to the Tucson airport in a frozen compartment and taken directly to our frozen storage facility.
After we return from Alaska in late August or September, we weigh and sort the fish, carefully preparing each order.
At a predetermined time and place, at 4 convenient Tucson locations, we bring the fish in our freezer truck to be picked up by you!

Salmon packages are approx 8 oz each.

If you would like your order split there is a $13 fee for the first split and an extra $4 fee for each additional split.

Salmon belly cuts normally have the pin bones ( about 10-12 1 or 2 inch extremely flexible bones similar to the plastic on a clothing tag.) Very easy to see and remove. However, our current cannery removes all these bones. Tails are naturally pin bone free.

Salmon fillets are usually cut in half before packaging so they are easier to portion out at mealtime.

Orders are shipped to Tucson. If you would like us to ship fish somewhere else the minimum order is 25lbs and the shipping cost is approx $75

Pick up dates can change due to weather, fish behavior, and boat repair. Commercial fishing is a highly unpredictable and occasionally dangerous industry. In the unlikely event we cannot fulfill your order you will receive a prompt and full refund.
