This Sockeye salmon has been cut into portions, brined and traditional smoked all day to make an amazing fish taste even better. More mild in flavor and savory than the Salmon Jerky you can crumble it on top of a salad, pulse it in your food processor with cream cheese for a party dip, or sprinkle it in your scrambled eggs. Slightly drier than past smokes.
