These scallops are harvested on the west side of Kodiak island by one of our trusted boat connections. Fresh scallops are plump little marshmallow sized medallions that are shucked and frozen immediately after being caught. We always get a big helping of them at Kodiak’s crab fest each year and they are uhmazing!!! They come in 1.25 lb bag that is vacuum sealed and flash frozen with the regular size 20/30 per lb
