While we don’t fish for Black cod (also known as sablefish and butterfish), we have a trusted source who does. This delightfully succulent and buttery whitefish is just divine. With a softer texture than Halibut, it an be cooked in a variety of ways and hold up well. It also has a slightly more buttery flavor than Halibut, so tastes great on its own! Every piece of high quality fish is filleted, vacuum sealed and flash frozen for optimal taste! Minimum order is 5 lbs and each package is about 8oz.
